Ajani Moore

Ajani Moore is Hopscotch LLC’s Chief Sales Officer (CSO) responsible for leading the company’s sales organization to meet growth and sales revenue targets. Ajani also leads revenue forecasting, and is accountable for reporting progress to revenue targets. He is a driven, inquisitive, solutionist that provides oversight and management over the sales vice president and managers. He also serves on our company’s executive leadership team.

Khalfani H. Moore

Khalfani H. Moore is a natural leader with high standards of integrity and excellence. With twenty-two years in healthcare management, he has gained valuable experience in the areas of operations, finance, quality, and compliance. Khalfani has been instrumental in process improvement initiatives, project management, and system implementations projects. He has held various leadership roles and has garnished high praise and respect from all levels within numerous organizations. As a founding member of the 2421 Investment Group LLC. he has been instrumental in positioning the organization for growth in various business ventures.
Khalfani began his educational journey at Virginia State University in 1994, where he studied Political Science. With the birth of his first son in 1996, he made the hard decision to leave school and find a job to support his newborn child. Fast forward to 2021, Khalfani is an accomplished graduate of Strayer University where he maintained a 4.0 GPA and graduated with honors. With his bachelors degree in the field of Information System, concentrated in Cyber-Security and Risk Management, he is poised to provide strategic guidance and direction to his professional and personal endeavors.
In his role as Product Manager for HopScotch LLC, he is responsible for strategic planning in all aspects of the organization. Leading the development of innovative products and services that propel the company forward in the CBD/Cannabis industry. He also serves as the Risk Analyst, keeping compliance and business continuity in clear sight.
Khalfani is a father, husband, brother, and son within an awesome family structure. An avid sports fan, he volunteers time as a little league basketball court in addition to mentoring any young people he sees positive potential in. In his spare time, Khalfani looks at ways to expand his knowledge in all areas of interest, enjoys good books and movies, also a fine cigar from time to time.

Sylvester Howell

Sylvester Howell III is a remarkable, professional, and tenacious entrepreneur running a cannabis processing venture. With 6 years’ experience in finance, Sylvester’s achievements in creating paths to profitability and structuring data models for overall efficiencies have made him a pacesetter with innovative and meaningful contributions to the industry.

A Certified SIPC Consultant, Sylvester serves in the Co-Chief Ops Officer position controlling the finance division at Hopscotch. He has an extensive background in Business Management with degrees from VCU and certifications from Open Trellis while remaining creative by obtaining an additional degree in Graphic Design from ECPI University. Leveraging the wisdom of his skills and expertise, he has a history of developing startups and coding projects to meet customer needs.

Throughout his personal and professional life, Sylvester discovered the skills in leadership, teamwork, and organization unique to the corporate arena bringing them to bear in this Cannabis venture to serve the client’s needs. With deep industry knowledge, coupled with an analytical, detail-oriented approach, Sylvester is equipped to understand the needs of the most discerning markets, delivering an experience rooted in customer service, integrity, and expertise. His strong leadership skills make him a keen advocate for the Cannabis venture, proactively seeking out new opportunities to enhance his services and continually attain excellence, with client satisfaction the ultimate objective.
On the off chance that he is not working, He loves spending time with friends and family and finds engaging in self-developing activities like running and volunteering with local Non-Profits most fulfilling. Sylvester is also a humanitarian to the core and will go out of his way to positively promote his community. Among his most recent philanthropic works include, developing a clinic for young entrepreneurs to nurture their business acumen towards corporate leadership.
Sylvester maintains memberships with the CECVA (Cannabis Equity reform group), promoting social and economic reforms for minorities affected by the laws punishing Cannabis. Serving in his affiliate position, he helps push legislators in voting in favor of draft bills that will speak to accomplishing those tasks. He is also a member of the Community 50/50, delivering meals to the residents and staying active to make a true mark in this industry and the community.

Marcel Washington

Marcel Washington is known for his fondness of hats – notably, timeless and savvy newsboy caps. In similar fashion, as a business owner Washington wears many — each covering skill sets he strategically channels between his day job and CBD startup. By day, Marcel is a licensed property and casualty (P&C) insurance agent conducting remote business across multiple states. He’s also a real estate investor and co-founder of the burgeoning cannabis venture, Plnt Lfe.
Marcel is an industrious and solutions-oriented professional who believes customer service to be the heart of ALL business. Regardless of industry, he takes pride in helping individuals best understand (and benefit from) the products and services that interest them. Moreover, Marcel has amassed years of results driven customer care expertise — earning quality assurance & top sales recognition in the world’s most competitive sales industries, including:
  • #1 Customer Service Agent department-wide, Top Ten Sales Performer, and Employee of the Month (Admiral Group Inc).
  • In a previous position, Marcel’s sales acumen and work ethic earned him the title of “youngest car salesman to sell over a hundred vehicles statewide (DriveTime Automotive Group).”
Outside of work, Marcel enjoys time with loved ones, basketball, live events, and technology. More importantly, he’s a family-man who’s driven to build a lasting legacy through social enterprise efforts that make a difference within the community.

Shaddai R.

Born native to Richmond, Virginia. Becoming interested in the medicinal use of Cannabis, while overseeing her mother’s natural relief efforts battling cancer. A bit of an intellectual connoisseur, obtaining a Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degree from The Virginia State University. Having a wide variety of interesting subjects include, but not limited to health and wellness, photography/videography, avid knowledge seeker and researcher.
In 2015, Shaddai embarked on her journey in the film industry with a self-produced documentary “Basics of Natural Healing. While working for the local station WTVR-TV (CBS6) for two years, Shaddai continued to accumulate timeless projects to her resume whether it was with the station or outside of the station. In addition, to show just how receptive and talented she is, in 2017, became an insurance agent servicing hundreds of consumers across multiple states.
After the passing of Darlene Randolph, mother. Shaddai Filled in as owner/operator of Elements of Heaven LLC, A natural cosmetic company founded by her mother in previous years. Finding out that putting on the entrepreneur’s hat, was fitting. Shaddai further Developed a natural product line for the brand’s consumers.
Keeping an open mind, Shaddai has proven to be innovative, dedicated, determined and reliable. Key Motivational factors that keep Shaddai pushing the limits would be family, doing what she loves, making a positive impact on the community, being self -sufficient and continuing to build upon the foundation that was laid.
